Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, absolutely! You will be notified when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours) and you have up to 10 days to come and collect it.
On the plus side, it's free ! :)
What are the delivery times and costs?
Parcels are dropped off at the post office within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery is free for orders over 50.-.
Below this amount, the fees amount to 8.-.
Are the clothes new or second-hand?
Most of our clothing is second-hand. Therefore, some items may have minor defects. These are mentioned in the item description.
We sometimes get some new parts.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have up to 14 days after receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and the order form must be included in the return package.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. It is also possible to return items directly to the store, free of charge.
Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
When and how will I be reimbursed?
At Authentic Friperie, returns do not result in a cash refund.
If you return an item, you will receive a gift voucher of the same value as your order (excluding delivery charges) .
This voucher is valid in store and online , with no time limit, and allows you to choose another item that you like.
