Terms and Conditions of Sale

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sales of second-hand clothing and accessories offered by Authentic Friperie, both in-store and online at authentic-friperie.ch.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products

Authentic Friperie offers unique second-hand items. Each piece is carefully selected, cleaned, and checked before being put up for sale.

The photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Any visible defect is mentioned in the product description.

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC).

Authentic Friperie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5. Ordering

Orders can be placed:

Online at authentic-friperie.ch
In-store at Le Bourg 13, 1610 Oron-la-Ville

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation email has been sent and payment has been received.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering via:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Twint
Cash (in-store only)

Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

7. Delivery

Delivery charges:

Orders under 100 CHF: delivery fee of 8 CHF.
Orders of 100 CHF and over: free delivery

Delivery times:

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery generally takes place within 2-4 business days in Switzerland.

In-store pickup:

You can pick up your order for free at our shop:

Tuesday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

8. Right of withdrawal and returns / defective items

At Authentic Friperie, we want every purchase to be a great experience. As our pieces are unique and carefully described, we do not accept returns, except in the event of an error on our part.

1. Cases accepted for a return

We only accept returns in the following situations:

Item damaged not mentioned in the description
Item does not match the order placed
Significant defect not reported

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are strictly excluded from any return:

Underwear and swimwear
Items on sale or promotional items at the time of purchase
Items purchased with full knowledge (accurate photos and descriptions provided)
Items damaged after receipt

3. Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to report a problem to us.

4. Mandatory procedure

Before initiating any return, you must contact us by email:

Provide your order number
Attach photos of the identified problem
We will get back to you within 24–48 hours to agree on the next steps

No returns will be accepted without our prior agreement.

5. Refund

If your request is accepted, we will offer you a choice of:

An exchange for another available item
A gift voucher for the value of your order (excluding shipping costs), valid for 2 years in-store and online

No cash refunds will be issued.

9. Warranty

The items sold are second-hand pieces. They are sold in the state described on their product page.

Authentic Friperie is committed to accurately describing the condition of each item and mentioning any visible defects.

10. Liability

Authentic Friperie cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of stock shortages, product unavailability, or force majeure.

11. Personal Data

The information collected during your order is necessary for processing it and may be communicated to partners responsible for fulfillment, payment, and delivery.

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site authentic-friperie.ch (texts, photos, logos) are the exclusive property of Authentic Friperie and are protected by copyright.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
